Check every case onto the truck — and back off it

Tag your flight cases, cable trunks and truss. GeoTrace counts them onto the truck at the warehouse, checks nothing is left at the venue, and confirms what came back.

Built for

Who it's for, and what it changes

Warehouse managers

Every case booked out is a case you can account for.

  • Departure checks against each job’s case list
  • Returns confirmed as the van backs in
  • Cases still out, listed by job

Production managers

Confirm the truck is complete before it leaves the venue.

  • A live count of what’s loaded during load-out
  • Missing cases flagged while the crew is still on site
  • Every truck live on the map

Business owners

Fewer lost cases and fewer emergency re-hires.

  • A record of where every case has been
  • Less kit written off each season
  • One system for vehicles and equipment

Sound familiar?

Pick lists say what should be on the truck. They can’t tell you what actually is — or what’s still in the venue at midnight.

“It was on the list”

A missing case is discovered at the venue, hours from the warehouse, because the manifest said it was loaded.

“Has anyone seen the spare desk?”

Load-outs are fast, late and dark. Cases get left behind in venues and come back weeks later — or never.

“We’ll have to hire one in”

A missing case means a last-minute rental, at short notice and full price, eating into the job’s margin.

A departure check before the doors close

Assign cases to the truck for each job. As they’re loaded, the truck’s tracker detects them on board — anything not detected shows as missing before the truck leaves the warehouse.

Nothing left at the venue

During load-out, see which cases are on the truck and which are still in the building. The crew can find the stragglers while they can still walk back in and get them.

Returns checked in as the van backs up

A plug-in gateway at the warehouse door logs every case that comes back. Anything still out is listed against the job, with where it was last seen.

Plus everything else in GeoTrace

It all sits in the same GeoTrace dashboard as your vehicle tracking, so there's nothing extra to learn.

A history for every case

Every case builds up a record of the trucks, venues and jobs it has been through.

Wrong-truck alerts

Loaded onto a different truck from the one it was assigned to? You’ll know straight away.

Every truck on the map

Live location and trip history for your vans and trucks, on the same dashboard as your kit.

Tag battery warnings

Tags warn you well before their batteries run flat, so no case quietly drops off the list.
