Stick our small tags on your tools, equipment, or cargo, and always know what's loaded on which vehicle — and whether it's still there. It's the piece every ordinary GPS tracker leaves out.
Once a tracker’s fitted, it quietly notices any tagged tool or item nearby as the vehicle drives around, so you don’t need to install anything at your depot. If you’d rather watch a doorway or gate directly, we can add a small plug-in gateway there too.
Every tagged item shows a plain status: on board right now, just turned up, or missing. Behind that sits a simple timeline of everywhere it’s been, so “where has this piece of kit been all week” gets a real answer instead of a shrug.

Tag tools, equipment, containers, or trailers with one of our low-cost tags, and know which vehicle they’re on in real time. It’s the direct fix for the classic tracker blind spot: knowing where the van is tells you nothing about what’s riding in it.

Add-on sensors log temperature and humidity alongside every tag, so you can pull up the min, max, and average for any trip — over the last 24 hours, 7, 30, or 90 days. Ideal for food, medicine, or anything perishable, with no separate gadget or app needed.

Tell GeoTrace which van an item belongs on, and you’ll get a notification the moment it turns up somewhere else — a different van, a different site, or nowhere at all. Most systems can only tell you something’s missing; this tells you where it went, which is usually far more useful. Every tag also warns you before its battery runs flat, so nothing quietly goes dark for weeks unnoticed.

8% · lowTracking your tools isn't a separate app or an extra subscription — it's part of the same GeoTrace dashboard you already use for your vehicles.
Every tool and tag across your whole fleet, plus a simple history for any single item you want to check on.
If you’ve got a plug-in gateway at a depot or warehouse, you can adjust it from the dashboard — no need for anyone to go back out there.
Field staff using the driver app only see the tools and tags relevant to their own vehicle or route — kept up to date automatically.
Any hardware we supply is set up securely from the start. Install once, then manage every setting from the dashboard from then on.

We’ll tag a couple of your tools, fit a tracker, and show you the dashboard live.
